Ugly Kid Joe
Ugly Kid Joe is a hard rock band from Southern California that formed in 1989. They released two albums in the nineties Homelockssmith, America’s Least Wanted and Motel California, which received lukewarm reviews. In 2010, the band reunited and performed their first tour in 19 years, the Late Check-out Tour.
Their MySpace page has pictures and videos of their old incarnation, along with information on their upcoming shows. There is also an unreleased video for the song “Bicycle Wheels”.
Despite the band’s relative lack of success, the members did manage to put out an album on the crowd funded label Evilution Records. One of the songs on this record, “Cats in the Cradle,” became a live staple. It is about a young man who enjoys life with his friends, despite the fact that he is very awkward lasenorita.
Gwen Stefani
Gwen Stefani has been an active player in the pop music scene for the last few years. Having a hand in several songs with Blake Shelton and releasing a handful of solo albums, it is safe to say she is no stranger to the music business. It is no surprise, then, that she has mastered the art of churning out the next big thing. Fortunately, she has done so with panache.

David Bowie
David Bowie’s bollysongs are rich and diverse. From the heavy rock sound of The Man Who Sold the World to the glam doo-wop of Tis Pity She Was a Whore, Bowie’s music changed and evolved with every album. He also reinvented himself time and again, redefining himself with each song.
His best work is undoubtedly the Lodger album, a masterpiece that has been overlooked by many. It contains one of the best songs Bowie has ever written.
Ashes to Ashes is a Businessnows self-mythologizing song, which chronicles the singer’s decline in the mid-1970s. A series of distorted guitars and a sleazy guitar solo make the song electrifying and intense.
Mark Oliver Everett
Mark Oliver Everett, known as E, has been creating music for two decades. The Los Angeles-based multi-instrumentalist began writing his own songs in his early twenties, and in 1996 released a successful alternative track, “Novocaine for the Soul.” He subsequently formed the eels, and has since released thirteen studio albums.
While his lyrics have touched on depression, loneliness, spiders, and head lice, the singer/songwriter has always been a master of melody. His lyrics have a rich imaginary world and stark reality. EELS’ songs are large and ambitious. They often dwarf the plots of Hollywood films.
Mark Oliver Everett is the singer, keyboardist businessworld247, guitarist, and drummer for eels. The band has been making music for over two decades.
