New Champion – Smolder
The latest Marksman to enter the fray in the League of Legends arena is Smolder, The Fiery Fledgling! If you are looking for the Lore of this little dragon hatchling, he is found in the rugged, mountainous landscape of the Noxian frontier, where he is the heir to the Camavoran imperial dragon lineage and practices his flame-throwing skills under the watchful eye of his mother Dragon, ready to help him at any moment!
His abilities are not to be scoffed at, as his passive ability, “Dragon Practice,” can be stacked to increase his basic damage output. “Super Scorcher Breath” incinerates an enemy and “Achooo!” lets him out a flaming sneeze that explodes on impact with enemies.
His “Flap, Flap, Flap” ability is a game-changer given that it grants him the ability to fly over terrains that are normally inaccessible by other characters, giving him a monumental advantage over other champions and his “MMOOOMMMM!” ability is a game-changer in that Smolder calls for his mother Dragon for an airborne fire strike that deals extra damage towards the opponents.
He is currently playable in Patch 14.2, and you can use him to the best of your abilities in the type of match that you will be playing!
Upcoming Skins and Chromas
Apart from a new Champion, the Primal Ambush sets of Skins are being released for the Champions Sivir, Riven, Vi, and Talon, with Akshan receiving the Three Honors skins and Yasuo attaining the Foreseen variant of his outfit.
Smolder also gets his very own skin, with the Heavenscale variant being released alongside him on the patch update rollout on January 31st, 2024!
